I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roots and Vistas, LLC and the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damages, or costs that may arise due to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health & Fitness Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in the tour and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own condition during the tour.

Photography & Media Release

I hereby grant Roots and Vistas, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation in the walking tour. I consent to the use of such images or recordings, in whole or in part, in any media (including print, digital, and online) for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve such use.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state/province in which the walking tour takes place. If any portion is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it. I understand that by signing, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.

By paying Roots and Vistas, LLC invoice, you have agreed to the terms of this waiver for all participants.
